4. JD Sharing and Circulation

The JD is shared and circulated among our network of recruiters, both within our organization and externally. We tap into various resources, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and our extensive personal database.

5. Position Publicity

We employ a multi-faceted approach to publicize the position, leveraging job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and personal connections to reach a broad pool of potential candidates.

6. Initial Candidate Screening

​

Our team conducts initial screenings to evaluate candidates on various criteria, including communication skills, technical skills, current compensation (CTC), and availability to join. This step ensures that only the most suitable candidates progress to the next stage.

7. Sharing Screened Candidates

​

Within the first 5 days of the project kick-off, we share the first set of screened candidates with you. This prompt delivery allows you to begin assessing potential fits quickly.

8. Progress Tracker

​

A customized tracker is created and made accessible to you. This tool enables you to monitor and capture the progress of the recruitment process, providing real-time visibility into our efforts.

9. Feedback Integration

10. Candidate Presentation
